Fulfillment Associate/Personal Assistant － Part Time

This position will be a 3 month probationary period. During the period, we will evaluate and review performance. If you are a good fit, there is potential for more hours and wage increase in the future. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a fulfillment associate. We currently have a team of 2 people. Your role will be to fulfill our online orders quickly and accurately and assist in day-to-day operations for the owner.

This role is based in San Leandro, California. Must be local.

Your job role:
• Fulfill online orders and quickly and accurately (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Inspect product quality before packing
• Communicate any shipping exceptions or product issues
• Handle incoming shipments

Assist with other tasks and projects as they come up which could include:
• Picking Product
• Processing Returns
• Labeling Inventory
• Inventory Count
• Dropping off packages to USPS
• Making Jewelry
• Possible social media assistance (if interested)

• Help owner with personal duties
• Make phone calls
• Send paperwork
• Schedule meetings
• Administrative support
• Scheduling appointments
• Replying to emails
• Researching contractors/companies on Yelp
• Help with various tasks related to daily life like paying bills and etc.
• Pick up lunch

Requirements
• Must have good eye vision
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Prior experience in ecommerce is beneficial
• Must be local in the Bay Area
• Must be able to be on your feet
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

• We are currently looking for part time associate/assistant
• Availability to work at least 10-20 hours weekdays
• Must be available to work during Black Friday Week (Off on Thanksgiving Day)

What We Offer
• W2 Employee- $22 per hour with a possible rate increase within 6 months of employment upon evaluation (We do not offer benefits at this time).

• Covid-19/Mask policy: Employees can choose to disclose their vaccination status. Fully vaccinated employees can be mask less in the office.
• Employees who choose not to disclose their vaccination status OR are not fully vaccinated MUST keep their masks on at all times except while actively eating or drinking and practice social distancing wherever possible.
• Proper mask-wearing includes keeping the nose and mouth areas completely covered.
